Damaged or Incorrect Orders

While we don’t accept returns or exchanges, we’ll always make things right if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

3. We’ll review your claim and provide a replacement or store credit if approved.

Final Sale Items

All soaps, bundles, gift sets, and subscription boxes are considered final sale and non-returnable due to their handmade, personal-care nature.
